Support IT infrastructure projects including storage management and general troubleshooting
Assist with hardware deployment, system updates, and general IT support as needed

Document processes, create SOPs, and help standardize workflows across the clinic
Marketing & Digital Content
Create and schedule short-form content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) including graphics, copy, patient stories, and health education posts
Design and deploy email marketing campaigns for patient education, service announcements, etc.
Track marketing performance metrics across all channels, participate in strategic brainstorming sessions, and research healthcare marketing trends to support clinic growth
Special Projects
