Our Client is looking for a Senior Technology Architect to support enterprise architecture initiatives across key platforms including OCS.ca, ERP, Microsoft Dynamics AX/365, Power Platform, Intelligent Order Management, Inventory Visibility, and B2B channels . The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements, design scalable solutions, document current and future state architecture, support governance reviews, and provide technical leadership across multiple project teams. Key Responsibilities: Review high-level requirements and support project scoping, cost, and timeline estimates. Design application, integration, and operational solutions aligned with business needs. Produce functional solution designs, technical specifications, architecture blueprints, and process documentation. Support architecture governance reviews throughout project delivery. Implement, configure, and develop components of enterprise applications. Support remediation of control gaps in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Provide post-go-live hyper-care and production support for enterprise systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage expectations, and resolve application issues. Must-Have Skills: 5+ years of experience supporting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX/365, including Finance & Operations, CRM, or Supply Chain. 3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect. 2+ years of Power Platform experience. Experience building integrations and managing master data within Microsoft Dynamics AX/365. Strong experience with architecture principles, systems integration, and application development. Experience with Oracle and SQL Server database technologies. Knowledge of retail or supply chain processes. Nice to Have: TOGAF or other formal architecture framework experience. eCommerce application or website implementation/support experience. Public sector experience is not required.
