We're looking for a Sr. Technical Support Analyst to join Client's Wealth Management BRAID Application Support team,
providing world-class support and resolving issues across technical and business teams.
Strong hands-on experience with the Pega platform is essential, along with process/workflow analysis skills.
The role involves monitoring system health using Dynatrace and ELK stack, writing SQL queries, and leading root cause investigations for application failures.
Excellent communication skills and flexibility for rotational on-call support are required.
