Technical Service Delivery Lead - Banking Platform SME – Banking Platforms, Core Java, Microservices, Cloud, Mainframe Experience: 10+ Years (15+ Preferred) Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office) ROLE OVERVIEW Seeking an experienced Domain Delivery Lead with deep expertise in banking applications, large-scale production support, and complex enterprise delivery. Responsible for leading cross-platform application delivery across legacy, distributed, and cloud-native systems within a banking environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead delivery and production support for large and complex banking applications across multiple technology stacks. • Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade systems in banking environments. • Oversee cross-functional teams across development, operations, and business units. • Ensure smooth integration across UI, backend, middleware, and legacy systems. • Drive Agile delivery practices including Scrum ceremonies and sprint execution. • Provide technical oversight across Core Java, microservices, and web services. • Guide implementation and support of BPM/BPMN workflows and enterprise process systems. • Ensure stability and performance of systems using monitoring tools such as Dynatrace. • Oversee cloud CI/CD pipelines using AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and Ansible. • Support and manage distributed and mainframe systems including Systematics applications (XIM, XST, XGN). • Collaborate with stakeholders for data-driven decision making and delivery planning. • Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, deployment practices, and operational standards. • Provide technical leadership across database systems including Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB. • Support integration of UI frameworks such as Angular, React, Bootstrap, and jQuery. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS • 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT delivery (15+ preferred). • Strong expertise in banking domain applications and production support. • Strong knowledge of Core Java, microservices, and web services. • Experience with BPM/BPMN and workflow systems. • Strong database experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB. • Experience with mainframe technologies and Systematics applications (XIM, XST, XGN). • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and AWS cloud services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3). • Familiarity with DevOps tools including GitHub and Ansible. • Experience with distributed systems monitoring tools such as Dynatrace. • Understanding of UI frameworks including Angular, React, Bootstrap, and jQuery. • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
