Technical Project Manager – Part Time A growing custom software development company is searching for their first dedicated Technical Project Manager to grow with the company. You will become one of the primary customer‑facing people in the company. All our customers will come to know and rely on you. This role will provide a broad range of experiences in the business and the opportunity to work on many different types of projects in varying industries. It is ideal for recent graduates or someone who desires flexibility to work from home. Key Areas of Responsibility Participate in weekly project meetings with our clients to track deliverables, follow‑ups, takeaways, and commitments. Coordinate project duties. Create presentations and assist with various documents. Respond to prospective and existing clients. Provide Level‑1 support and periodically test websites and updates. Your Background Genuinely interested in working with people. Technically savvy or a desire to grow technically. Experience in a software company is an advantage. Excellent multi‑tasker with attention to detail. Excellent listening and information gathering skills. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Adobe Suite, and web design is a plus. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Recent Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business‑related field, or practical experience. Work Environment Local candidates preferred, but role can be based anywhere in Canada. If local, the role will be on‑site one day a week eventually. Flex time tailored to schedule. Initially part‑time with expectation to become full‑time by 2022. We rely on Discord, Gitlab, and Google Workspace. Compensation $25–30 per hour. Bring your own device.
