Role Summary:
NearSource is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, Cloud Solutions to drive the delivery of strategic cloud platform initiatives for a leading enterprise in the design software space. This role requires strong technical program management expertise, experience working with distributed systems and cloud technologies, and the ability to align cross-functional teams toward successful program outcomes. The successful candidate will lead complex technical programs from planning through execution while fostering collaboration across engineering, product management, and design organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cloud platform programs and technical initiatives.
Drive alignment across multiple organizations through outcome-driven planning, dependency management, and impediment resolution.
Develop and maintain comprehensive delivery plans in partnership with engineering, product, and design teams.
Monitor program progress, track milestones, and communicate status, risks, and achievements to leadership and stakeholders.
Execute proactive risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution throughout the program lifecycle.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment across technical teams, product management, business leaders, and design organizations.
Lead technical solution delivery efforts from design through implementation and operational readiness.
Establish and maintain program governance processes that support successful execution and transparency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through retrospectives, lessons learned, and operational excellence practices.
Promote Agile methodologies and best practices across program teams to improve delivery effectiveness.
Support organizational cloud transformation initiatives and scalable platform adoption.
Utilize technical and operational tools to improve program visibility, efficiency, and scalability.
Must-Have Skills
5 to 8 years of experience in Technical Program Management or a similar leadership role within software or technology organizations.
PMP certification.
Experience working directly with software engineering teams on complex, multi-team initiatives.
Strong knowledge of distributed systems, cloud services, and cloud platforms.
Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering leaders, product managers, designers, and business executives.
Experience delivering programs within Agile development environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present program status to diverse stakeholder groups.
Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, roadblocks, and delivery schedules.
Experience creating executive-level presentations, reports, and program communications.
Strong focus on operational excellence, process improvement, and execution discipline.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience leading technical programs for cloud-based products and platforms.
Solid understanding of system design principles and data analytics.
More than 5 years of experience driving program delivery within Agile environments.
Familiarity with Media and Entertainment industry workflows and technologies.
Experience working in Media, Entertainment, Film, Television, VFX, or related digital content production environments.
Exposure to cloud transformation initiatives within enterprise-scale organizations.
Certification
PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification Required.
