Job Title: Technical Program Manager - Cloud Platforms, Media & Agile Delivery Job Type: T4 Contract Job Location: Hybrid, Toronto, Ontario, Canada Experience: 5+ Years Rate: CAD 65 75 per hour Role Summary We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead complex cloud transformation initiatives for a leading enterprise in the media and entertainment technology space. This role will drive cross-functional program execution across engineering, product management, and UX teams while enabling scalable cloud platform delivery in an Agile environment. The selected candidate will play a key role in aligning technical execution, stakeholder communication, and operational excellence across distributed teams working on enterprise-grade digital entertainment platforms. Key Responsibilities Drive cross-functional program delivery across engineering, product management, and UX teams Build and maintain delivery plans for complex cloud transformation initiatives Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to align priorities, timelines, and dependencies Monitor program execution and communicate progress, risks, and milestones to leadership teams Support software development teams by identifying blockers, managing risks, and improving delivery efficiency Guide teams through technical solution planning from design through implementation Help improve operational workflows and delivery processes through automation and scalable practices Facilitate Agile ceremonies, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives Work with distributed teams to ensure alignment across multiple programs and technical initiatives Develop program status reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications for leadership audiences Must-Have Skills 5 to 8 years of experience working as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role Strong experience managing large-scale technology transformation programs Hands-on experience working with software development teams in Agile environments Good understanding of distributed systems, cloud services, and cloud platforms Experience coordinating across technical teams, business stakeholders, product managers, and designers Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience creating delivery plans, tracking dependencies, and managing risks Ability to drive execution, operational excellence, and process improvements Experience using technical and operational tools to scale delivery programs PMP certification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Nice-to-Have Skills Experience working with cloud products and platform transformation programs Knowledge of system design and data analytics concepts Familiarity with Media & Entertainment, VFX , film , or TV production workflows Experience supporting enterprise-scale Agile delivery programs Exposure to process automation and continuous improvement practices Apply now, and our recruitment team will review your profile and reach out if it aligns with client requirements.
