Job Description
We are looking for someone with intermediate technical expertise regarding supporting RPA technologies and providing necessary inputs to address emerging business needs and strategies within RPA technologies. You'll need to understand the implementations planned in production in accordance with industry developments and ensure they meet the identified TD standards and controls before implementation in production. A seasoned support engineer at this level proves influential to senior leaders and imparts valuable guidance and governance to other technology groups and business areas. You will be the first level of escalation for all production issues requiring technical expertise and provide necessary inputs to ensure uninterrupted run of all the automations with minimal impact to business.
Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance and direction on all RPA technology implementations from the platform level that have impact to our production infrastructure
Understand the working paradigm of all RPA technologies
Understand TD enterprise standards and controls to ensure they are followed for all our implementations in production
Understand the infrastructure setup, their details and requirements for the individual RPA technologies
Understanding the DR scope for individual application
Perform DR tests individually for all applications on a year to year basis
Tracking and addressing the vulnerabilities that might be reported for the infrastructure tied to individual RPA technologies
Provide necessary inputs to leadership team to address the audit findings on a year to year basis
Proactively identify any potential infrastructure issues and co-ordinate with the L2 team to ensure no impact in production
Work with L2 team to ensure their availability for planned and unplanned patching changes for all infrastructure during maintenance schedule
Communicate effectively with automation teams on any platform/enterprise change or activity that is likely to cause outage to the infrastructure
Track the problem records that are open and identify a permanent solution for them in a timely manner
Respond to all technical issues reported on all automation issues tied to infrastructure
Ensure support documentation is up to date to document all support issues and handover to L2 team for them to be addressed in a timely manner with no blockers on us
Compensation
The expected compensation for this role ranges from CAD 77,000 to CAD 120,000.
Qualifications
Experience: 5-8 Years. Mandatory Skills: Enterprise RPA – Blue Prism.
