Job Description ADGA is seeking an experienced Technical Lead, Aerospace Developmen t to lead the design, development, evaluation, and sustainment of Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) and related aerospace products. This role involves providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in the form of engineering support for Counter-UAS. Tasks include: Plan, recommend product improvement of existing and new systems. Produce equipment review reports, improvement studies, modification plans, and miscellaneous project documentation. Develop, implement, monitor, and improve maintenance program and issue special inspections. Provide engineering and technical advice and guidance to Joint Staff and units. Participate in technical working groups and support the transfer of technical information, when directed. Conduct staff visits to provide technical liaison and Visit domestic and foreign manufacturing and support facilities for technical and inquiry purposes.
