Position: STEM PhDs and Technical Domain Experts Type: Contract Compensation: $55–$80/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Contribute subject matter expertise to a cutting-edge project involving state-of-the-art large language models. Create high-quality data by developing difficult problems in your domain to inform the future of AI innovation . Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model reasoning and outputs. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance . Provide structured feedback to elevate training data quality and downstream performance. Qualifications Must-Have PhD or advanced degree (or equivalent industry experience) in Medicine / Healthcare , Statistics and Data Science , AI / ML Research , Computer Science , Game Development , or Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering . High attention to detail . Exceptional written and verbal communication skills . Start Date Applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
