Technical Consultant at Redington — NeverHard

We are looking for a technically strong, client-facing Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team in Kazakhstan. You will be the technical backbone of our sales process — running demos, shaping solutions, and enabling partners — all built around the SOLIDWORKS and 3DEXPERIENCE ecosystem. What you'll do • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective and existing clients, supporting the sales team in hitting targets • Act as a subject matter expert on SOLIDWORKS, the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, and related industry processes • Understand how products fulfill business needs and contribute to larger deal sizes, faster closure, and successful go-lives • Identify new market opportunities and prospective clients based on your understanding of products, services, and customer needs • Support solution enablement of partners and the sales ecosystem • Maintain best-in-class expertise across the SOLIDWORKS product portfolio What we're looking for • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field • 3–5 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role in IT/software • Strong hands-on SOLIDWORKS knowledge is mandatory; additional CAD skills are a plus • Experience with SaaS, IaaS, and on-premises solutions • PDM/PLM skills; familiarity with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform is a strong advantage • Ability to analyze business processes, create process models, and define technical requirements • Experience in consulting techniques and sales argumentation • Strong communication and partnering skills across internal teams and management • Team-oriented, flexible, and willing to travel frequently Languages ● Kazakh — mandatory ● English — mandatory ○ Russian — optional advantage
