The position focuses on evolving modern web and digital platforms across websites, social media, APIs, and emerging digital channels while supporting analytics, personalization, and AI-enabled experiences. The role partners with Marketing and Public Affairs stakeholders to define digital roadmaps, improve customer journeys, and strengthen omnichannel capabilities. This opportunity offers visibility across enterprise digital initiatives supporting modern CMS and cloud-based digital ecosystems. Contract, Hybrid - North York Wed and Fri WFH and Mon, Tues and Thurs in office. Must Haves 5+ years in digital architecture , web technologies , and digital experience platforms Sitecore CMS , SitecoreAI (Cloud XMC) , Digital Asset Management (DAM) , and personalization API-first , headless , and omnichannel digital architecture models Azure , cloud services , digital integrations , and security concepts Nice to Have AI-enabled digital experiences and conversational agents Customer journey tracking and targeted campaign reporting Digital and social media trends, tools, and best practices Responsibilities Define the digital roadmap in collaboration with Marketing and Public Affairs stakeholders Deliver analytics, insights, and recommendations through digital tools and dashboards Support current web technologies and modern CMS platforms Develop and report on customer journeys and targeted campaigns Enable centralized content and digital asset management across channels Support the exploration and implementation of AI-enabled digital experiences Ensure standards, policies, and best practices are followed across digital platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr
