Обязанности: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Power BI and Power Apps (preferred) Experience with online design tools (e.g., Canva) Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Experience in developing technical and professional training programs (preferred) Fundamentals of the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan Advanced forms, methods, and practices in learning and development Adult learning and motivation theories in various learning contexts Principles of designing and delivering instructor-led training Principles of developing online learning and using digital technologies Procedures for developing employee development plans Procedures for preparing training and development budgets Competency-based assessment methods Contracting and tender processes Workforce performance management processes Talent identification and succession planning processes Требования: Atyrau 5/2 Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) Master’s degree in HRM and certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, ATD, HRCI are preferred Условия: Manages the full training lifecycle: from request intake to effectiveness evaluation Organizes logistics of training activities Ensures training facilities are equipped with necessary tools and materials Attends training sessions to evaluate quality and provides improvement recommendations Performs LMS administrator functions Inputs data into the training budget system (TBTS) Develops and maintains training schedules Prepares SMEs and leaders for training delivery and provides feedback Mentors less experienced specialists Supports leadership programs, including taking a lead role where required
