We are currently seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead – Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to support the implementation and evolution of CRM solutions.
This role acts as the Salesforce technical lead and is responsible for defining the architecture, integrations, and technical standards to fully leverage the capabilities of Salesforce FSC in a complex and integrated environment.
The candidate will be expected to:
Collaborate with enterprise architects, business architects, data tech leads, and development teams.
Design robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce architectures.
Ensure Salesforce integration with data foundations, legacy systems, and external platforms.
Act as a technical expert for delivery teams.
Key Role Elements and Responsibilities
Salesforce Technical Architecture
Design architectures based on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
Define Salesforce application models: Data, Security and sharing, Performance and scalability, translate challenges into capabilities and transformation opportunities using Salesforce FSC. Advise organizations on the evolution of their customer-centric operating model. Integration and ecosystem
Design and optimize solutions based on: Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
Leverage FSC for:360°ree customer view
Financial relationship management
Customer onboarding
Personalized customer service
Ensure the consistency of Salesforce solutions in complex and integrated IT environments.
Define integration patterns: middleware, APIs, events.
Ensure alignment with data foundations and the 360 model.
Guide data synchronization and management strategies.
Governance and standards
Define development standards (Flow, LWC, Apex)
Guide DevOps and CI/CD practices (e.g., GitHub Actions).
Ensure the quality and maintainability of solutions. Implement initiatives to:
Automate processes using:
Salesforce
BPM/BPA solutions (e.g., Pega, workflows)
Governance, strategy, and transformation
Develop 2- to 5-year strategic CRM roadmaps.
Ensure alignment between:
Business strategy
Salesforce CRM capabilities
IT architecture
Participate in Salesforce governance (standards, prioritization, key decisions).
Project delivery and collaboration
Contribute to the delivery of complex Salesforce projects using Agile or iterative methodologies.
Lead business workshops during the following project phases:

Coordinate the design of a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud roadmap and collaborate with:

Requirements
REQUIRED PROFILE SCOPE
A senior Salesforce FSC architect with the ability to make a real impact in complex institutional environments, not a Salesforce developer promoted to architect.
The role encompasses both technical architecture design (data models, security, integration, DevOps) and participation in strategic CRM governance over 2 to 5 years, which requires comfortable working with executive levels (VP, PVP).
This also requires knowledge of financial processes related to high-value clients: onboarding, 360-degree view, and financial relationship management.
Mastery of FSC is non-negotiable and must be demonstrated in real-world, large-scale institutional implementations. The candidate must also be able to work in an iterative Agile environment and facilitate Discovery workshops with multiple stakeholders.
