Job DescriptionJob Description NOW HIRING: Team Lead Volkswagen World Cup Flag Distribution Campaign Volkswagen is bringing soccer excitement to the streets of Toronto with a World Cup-themed flag distribution campaign, and we're looking for an energetic, organized Team Lead to help lead the activation alongside our PR partner, Heads & Tales. Locations Across Downtown Toronto June 11th - Mexico Game (3pm) - 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm (Kensington Market) - June 11th - Korea (10pm) - 7pm - 10pm (Koreatown) - June 14th - Germany (1pm) - 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm (Front St) - June 16th - Argentina (9pm) - 7pm - 10pm (College St) - June 17th - Portugal (1pm) - 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm (Dundas St W) Shift times are tentative and subject to change. Mandatory Training: June 8 or June 9 (Time TBC) Pay: Starting at $28/hour What You'll Be Doing: Leading and supporting the Brand Ambassador team during each activation Coordinating flag distribution activities in high-traffic areas Acting as the main on-site contact between Brand Momentum, Volkswagen, and Heads & Tales Managing inventory and ensuring all materials are available for each shift Storing flag inventory and activation bins between event dates Tracking attendance and reporting any issues to the field management team Assisting with setup, teardown, and transportation of materials Creating an engaging and positive brand experience for the public Requirements: - Must have access to a personal vehicle - Must be able to store several bins of flags and activation materials between shifts ---- -Must be available for training and all activation dates - Strong communication and leadership skills - Previous event, promotional, or team lead experience preferred - Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently Who We're Looking For: - Experienced Team Leads who thrive in fast-paced event environments - Professional, outgoing, and confident communicators - Individuals who can motivate a team while maintaining strong attention to detail - Soccer fans and event enthusiasts are encouraged to apply!
