Job DescriptionJob Description Now Hiring: Team Lead Canada Soccer House Volkswagen Activation -Vancouver We're looking for high-energy, outgoing Team Lead to support an exciting Volkswagen activation at Canada Soccer House in Vancouver! Be part of the action as we celebrate and cheer on the Canadian Men's National Team during the World Cup. Location: The Shipyards, Vancouver Dates: June 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 20, 21, 23, 24, 26, July 1 Tentative Dates: June 28, 29, July 2, 4, 6 Shift Length: 68 hours Training: In Person @ Shipyards - June 10th ( Time TBD ) Pay: starting at $27/hour Position Status: Vacant About the Role: Join a dynamic, fan-focused environment where you'll help bring Volkswagen's partnership with Canada Soccer to life. You'll engage with fans, create memorable experiences, and drive participation in interactive elements. What You'll Do: Engage with consumers and invite them into the activation space Guide participants through the photo experience and contest process Distribute branded swag and promotional materials Create a fun, energetic atmosphere for fans Represent Volkswagen with professionalism and enthusiasm Promote VW's partnership with Canada Soccer Team Lead Requirements: We're looking for a SUPER energetic leader who can drive the team and activation success. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and ability to direct staff confidently Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to pivot quickly in a fast-changing environment MUST be available for ALL dates (including tentative dates) What We're Looking For: Energetic, friendly, and confident personality Strong communication and customer engagement skills Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-traffic environments Previous brand ambassador or event experience is an asset If you love sports, live events, and connecting with people, this is your chance to be part of an unforgettable World Cup experience!
