Job Details Location: Remote (must reside in BC) or one of two offices – 2940 Virtual Way, Vancouver or 74 Seymour Street W, Kamloops Contract: Temporary (12+ months) Type: Full‑Time Expected Salary Range: $84,981.00 – $106,227.00 – $132,784.00 (typically +/- 5% of the midpoint based on qualifications and market conditions) Job Summary The Team Lead, Digital Analytics directs a team responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting digital analytics solutions to enhance business intelligence capabilities and ensure data integrity. The role serves as a consultative partner to internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance, education, and innovative solutions to improve analytics practices. Key Accountabilities Lead a team of Digital Analysts in translating business requirements into technical deliverables and establishing processes, procedures, and standards to drive performance. Develop and support web analytics solutions, ensuring high‑quality reporting and meeting client department goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to craft strategies and plans that support business objectives. Act as a subject‑matter expert in Web Analytics, recommending tools and methodologies for market research, predictive modeling, and performance improvement. Mentor and develop data and reporting team members. Guide Solution Delivery team members on technical and administrative web analytics tasks. Implement best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and providing feedback to management on tools and methodologies. Minimum Required Qualifications Education and Experience Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology. Certification in Business Analysis is desired. 4–6 years of experience with relational databases. Experience in application development, data analysis, or governance required. Strong background in business intelligence tools and data governance. Industry experience and leadership experience are assets. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Technical Requirements In‑depth understanding of web analytics. Proficiency in SQL/SAS and database analysis. Expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook. Excellent analytical ability and understanding of analytical concepts. Advanced written and oral communication skills; ability to work cross‑functionally. Self‑starter with initiative, sound judgment, and priority setting. High accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Conflict resolution and mediation skills. Structured problem‑solving ability. Capability to manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. Rapid learning and adaptability.
