Job DescriptionJob Description Manufacturing Team Lead Job Must Haves 3–5 years of team lead or supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment Experience leading larger teams, preferably 30 or more employees Strong understanding of food safety and quality standards in a production setting Proven experience in employee coaching, performance management, and disciplinary processes Responsibilities Lead, coach, and supervise a team of approximately 35–40 production employees in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment Ensure strict adherence to all food safety, quality, and sanitation standards across the production area Monitor and manage departmental KPIs, including productivity, efficiency, quality, and labor performance, and take action to address variances Analyze production metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement Deliver regular performance feedback, coaching, and, when necessary, disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce waste Conduct shift meetings to communicate operational priorities, performance expectations, and safety reminders Ensure staffing levels are appropriate and workflow is optimized to meet production schedules and customer demand Support training and development of production employees to build skills and maintain high performance standards Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant production environment in line with food manufacturing regulations and company policies Shifts available Wednesday - Sunday - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Wednesday - Saturday -7:30 AM - 6:30 PM Thursday - Monday - 6:30 PM - 2:30 AM Why work with this company?
