Talent Acquisition Specialist at Renegade Materials Corporation — NeverHard

Are you a talent acquisition professional who enjoys recruiting, building relationships, and creating a strong candidate experience, but also likes the detail-oriented and analytical side of business? Renegade Materials is looking for a Talent Acquisition & Contracts Specialist to join our team. This unique role combines full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and early-career talent development with exposure to customer contracts and commercial operations. You'll own the recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding, build a consistent new hire orientation experience, develop our internship and co-op program, and support the contracts side of our aerospace manufacturing business. This is not a high-volume recruiting environment. Our hiring needs typically average around two hires per month, with one or two co-op students joining us each semester. That allows this role to focus on creating a strong candidate experience while also contributing to onboarding, HR projects, and contract administration. Prior contracts experience is not required. We'll train you on Renegade Materials' contract administration processes. We're looking for someone who brings strong attention to detail, organization, critical thinking, and a willingness to learn. This position may require access to export-controlled information or technology. Applicants must be eligible for such access under applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations. Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 annual salary (exempt), based on experience and qualifications. At this time, we are not engaging with agencies or third-party recruiters. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding. Facilitate new hire orientation and coordinate required training. Oversee our college co-op program and build relationships with local colleges and universities. Support HRIS activities, reporting, compliance and other HR projects. Review customer purchase orders, contracts and agreements to identify requirements needing additional review. Coordinate contract requirements and open items with Sales and other internal teams. Support NDAs, customer documentation and contract recordkeeping. What We're Looking For 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience with new hire orientation, onboarding and employee training. Experience working with HRIS, ERP, ATS or similar business systems. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in manufacturing, contracts, aerospace/defense, Paycor, Epicor, or FAR/DFARS is a plus, but you don't need to come to us as a contracts expert.
