The Role
Conduct intake meetings with internal stakeholders across regions to gain an in-depth understanding of their hiring needs, consulting on industry trends and best practices to craft and execute effective recruitment strategies for each role.
Oversee all phases of recruitment, from gathering requirements and creating job descriptions to completing the offer process, ensuring Tundra attracts top talent globally.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, guiding them from the initial meeting through to their first day, aligned with Tundra’s standards.
Leverage creativity to attract top talent through digital and in-person channels, including networking events and career fairs. Involvement in campus recruitment will require flexibility for travel.
Lead by example as a Brand Ambassador, staying updated on and promoting Tundra’s international initiatives and achievements.
Effectively manage diverse stakeholders to ensure recruitment cycles, training classes, and projects align with scope and department SOPs.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for best practices and industry trends, using influence to secure the best outcomes for Tundra and its associates.
Maintain accurate, detailed records related to all Talent Department activities, utilizing department trackers, Bench, Bullhorn, Able, and LinkedIn to ensure data accuracy.

Who You Are
You have 1+ year of Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience and can provide examples of a high-performance track record.
You can demonstrate the ability to develop successful strategies for self-managing and balancing the successful delivery of metrics and ensuring additional projects and initiatives are completed with a high level of excellence and on time.
You embrace metrics and understand that consistency of output leads to favorable outcomes, you are looking for an opportunity to grow in your career and welcome new challenges and experiences.
You are digitally dexterous and can rapidly learn and adapt to new business processes and best-practices.
You take initiative to find the right solutions and go the extra mile because it’s the right thing to do.

You possess a post-secondary degree or diploma from a reputable University/Collegiate Institution.
The base salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $55,000.00 - $65,000.00.
