TAIDQ Analyst – Application Portfolio, CMDB & Technology Governance Mandatory Skills & Experience Technology & Governance • 7+ years of experience in Application Portfolio Management, CMDB, Asset Inventory Management, Application Governance, or Technology Operations. • Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and asset repositories. • Experience managing application inventory and technology asset data. • Knowledge of application ownership, support models, infrastructure dependencies, and technology governance processes. Data Management • Data quality assessment and remediation. • Data validation and reconciliation. • Metadata management. • Inventory completeness analysis. • Application portfolio reporting. Tools & Platforms • ServiceNow CMDB / Asset Management • JIRA • SharePoint • Microsoft Excel (advanced) • Power BI • Microsoft Office Suite Stakeholder Management • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Ability to work with senior Application Owners and Technology Leads. • Risk and issue management. • Executive status reporting and presentation skills. Preferred Experience • Banking and Financial Services technology environment. • Experience with enterprise application inventory repositories. • CMDB, Asset Management, or Application Portfolio Management initiatives. • Knowledge of application rationalization, ownership governance, and technology lifecycle management.
