Must Have
Experience identifying and resolving complex application and system issues
Experience supporting contact center solutions including Amazon Connect, ComputerTalk (Icebar), and NICE workforce management
Ability to quickly learn program areas, IT systems and business environments
Experience performing software upgrades, applying patches, monitoring workload and optimizing system performance
Description
Responsibilities
Provide systems administration and operations support for enterprise systems
Set up and manage user access, profiles, backup and recovery processes
Perform daily system monitoring and operations support activities
Execute software upgrades, patch deployments and system configuration updates
Monitor system performance and workload trends to optimize resource utilization
Support and maintain networked systems and infrastructure
Provide technical support and customer interface for system changes and enhancements
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system and application issues
Coordinate with teams to support system reliability and operational efficiency

Experience with system administration and operations support activities
Knowledge of operating systems and hardware platforms
Experience with communication protocols and middleware technologies
Familiarity with information retrieval tools and systems
