Andersen is hiring a System Analyst for a project developing scalable digital platforms and integrating compliance and lifecycle management systems. The customer is a global technology company developing a large-scale digital platform that connects millions of users through a mobile application offering various on-demand services. The platform operates in multiple international markets and requires scalable, high-load systems, real-time data processing, and cloud-based infrastructure to support its growing ecosystem of digital products. The project is focused on developing a Vehicle Lifecycle Management system integrated with compliance and verification platforms. It includes managing vehicle registration and activation processes, regulatory compliance workflows, and distributed event-driven integrations with internal and external services. Responsibilities: Designing Vehicle Lifecycle Management system (registration, verification, activation, blocking, deactivation). Designing integration layer between VLM and Compliance platform. Defining API contracts, event flows, idempotency, and error handling. Developing and maintaining process, architecture, data, and state models (BPMN, C4, ERD). Collecting and formalizing requirements from stakeholders. Decomposing epics into user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Supporting development team throughout delivery lifecycle. Maintaining up-to-date documentation. Must-haves: Experience as a Systems / Business / Integration Analyst for 3+ years. Strong system design and modeling skills (BPMN 2.0, C4, UML, ERD). Experience designing state machines and complex process flows. Strong integration expertise: REST APIs, event-driven architecture, Kafka. Experience with OpenAPI / Swagger. Understanding of distributed system patterns (Saga, Outbox, retries, DLQ, etc.). Knowledge of consistency models (at-least-once, eventual consistency, etc.). Experience with KYC/KYB or compliance systems. Understanding of GDPR or personal data protection principles. Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate. Nice-to-haves: Experience with gRPC and Protocol Buffers. AsyncAPI experience. Background in AML / fraud prevention / regulatory reporting. Experience in mobility / ride-hailing / logistics products. Experience working in distributed international teams. Facilitation skills (event storming, story mapping, etc.).
