Job Description Answering internal and external phone calls on a multi-line phone within a switchboard for all three hospital sites Respond to inquiries through the physicians' answering service Maintain imminent changes on SPOK calendar for physicians and clinical staff Respond to all emergency codes and follow procedures Page/Text and or call physicians as required Transfer calls to appropriate departments / staff / patients Activate new pagers / swap existing pagers if damaged Documenting call transactions and codes Other related duties
