Jardeg is currently recruiting for a
Surveyor
to work with Technical Workforce Inc. for the
Fish Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant
in
Calgary, AB!
This position is a 5 days on and 2 days off schedule with the possibility of working afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
At this time, only local candidates will be considered.
Responsibilities
Prepare survey reports, sketches, field notes, and documentation
Perform site evaluations, measure water quality parameters and map piping infrastructure
Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, site plans, and survey data
Inspect water lines, filtration equipment, wells, and reservoirs to ensure operational safety and compliance with environmental regulations.
Maintain and calibrate survey equipment as required.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma or degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related discipline
Minimum 3–5 years of construction surveying experience.
Experience working on industrial, municipal infrastructure, water, or wastewater treatment projects is an asset
Experience with Trimble robotic total station is a strong asset
Experience with concrete layout/check/sets
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
