Phasor Engineering Inc. is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S./C.L.S.) for a permanent position to support our growing operations across Canada. Responsibilities Managing all aspects of project execution Project/Regional Manager duties Establishing communication protocols for the project, including: identification of client or interest holders, change management, information dissemination routes, and systematic processes for project data and reporting Maintaining project financials, establishing cost controls and performing periodic reviews to identify any risks Liaising with Phasor personnel on a project to understand all project requirements, including scheduling, cost, technical and logistical considerations Managing subcontractors performing Geomatics work on a project Managing shift schedules, accommodations and mobilization requirements for Crew Chiefs and Survey Assistants unless this work has been delegated to a Field Coordinator Participating in division-level meetings to coordinate crew allocation between projects Qualifications Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in one or more Canadian jurisdictions (e.g., ALS or NBLs) Willingness to obtain additional provincial or territorial licenses; Phasor will cover associated costs Compliance with Backcheck screening (identity verification and criminal background check) Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation (salary range: $115,000-$165,000) Comprehensive benefits coverage, including health insurance and 401K, vacation & personal days Growth and advancement opportunities Paid professional dues Use of new leading-edge technology and equipment Large scale engineering and construction projects and a fast-paced working environment Dental care Disability insurance Employee assistance program Extended health care Life insurance On‑site gym On‑site parking Paid time off RRSP match Vision care Wellness program Please forward resume and cover letter in confidence by applying directly to this job posting.
