A manufacturing company is currently looking for a qualified S&OP Planning and Supply Specialist to join its team. The position requires independent ownership of the S&OP process , a high level of analytical thinking, and a strong sense of accountability. The role requires a proactive approach and the ability to independently identify risks, develop solutions, and coordinate all relevant stakeholders, rather than focusing solely on operational order-processing tasks. Responsibilities: Organize and manage the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process Prepare and analyze sales forecasts , including analysis of forecast vs. actual deviations Manage demand and supply planning in line with business requirements Develop procurement and supply plans and monitor their execution Manage inventory levels and product availability Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HQ, and suppliers to ensure alignment of demand, supply, and business plans Monitor supply plan execution and product flow Prepare analytical reports and develop initiatives to improve Supply Chain efficiency Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in planning (mandatory) Proven experience in S&OP process management and sales forecasting analytics Strong understanding of demand planning and supply planning processes Experience working with suppliers and external stakeholders Experience in contract management and supporting accounting documentation Proficient in 1C and Excel Strong analytical skills and ability to work under tight deadlines English level: B2 or higher Conditions: Official employment, full-time position Medical insurance Mobile phone allowance
