Supply & Demand Planning Specialist at РОКА Казахстан — NeverHard

Key Responsibilities: Lead monthly forecasting and S&OP processes Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical sales data, business inputs, and customer demand Support product launches, promotions, and phase-in / phase-out activities Analyze forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory KPIs; propose improvement actions, and prepare regular dashboards and business analyses Convert demand plans into supply and replenishment plans to ensure product availability Monitor stock levels, slow-moving items, excess stock, and stock shortages Place purchase orders with suppliers, align MAD (Material Availability Dates), and follow up on goods readiness Prepare goods collection plans for the Logistics Specialist Identify supply risks and proactively propose mitigation plans Requirements: University degree in Supply Chain or another technical field is preferred Strong analytical and numerical skills (a math test will be included as part of the hiring process) Fluent in English and Russian; knowledge of Kazakh is an advantage Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced international environment Proactive, energetic, and self-driven
