Define the strategy, objectives of his team, and the projects associated to it, in order to enhance Supply Chain performance. Manage the projects while ensuring the alignment between the solution, the job’ needs and the strategic directions of the Group while respecting planning and defined budgets. Responsibilities: Focus on synergies and coordination within the portfolio of transversal projects linked to Supply Chain Lead a team of Supply Chain project engineers and guide them into their project management Work with stakeholders team on developing key performance indicators and objectives to ensure a global optimization of the whole Design solutions and define resources while being responsible for the functional definition of the needs for Supply Chain, through the identification of stakes and benefits for the Group Guarantee the right alignment between the solution and business needs within the Group in collaboration with business owners Implement activity report (risk management, costs) to inform and alert the hierarchy on the progress of the projects Conduct change management by driving the solutions and best practices within the supply chain Animate a Supply Chain community of experts in link with the project, and by ensuring the spreading and implementation of best practices Give directions for the 3 years plan and define budgets for his/her scope of activity Recruit, develop and manage his/her team while ensuring the transfer of know how Building effective supply chains for local and imported production, agreement on working conditions with new suppliers, work with permitting documentation Effective development of cross-functional interaction with all related departments Manage the forecasting process taking into account statistics, trends, requests from clients/client teams, converting the forecast into a supply plan for factories Manage the monthly forecast update cycle, providing input needed by the team, monitoring the adequacy of the forecast, coordination with cross-functional stakeholders, defense before the board of directors Portfolio management (creation of customer deliveries), monitoring the level of order fulfillment Management and optimization of stock levels, control and reduction of obsoletes and slow-moving stocks Management and development of the product portfolio optimization process, participation in the processes of launching new products, product renovations, maintaining the relevance of catalog master data in planning systems Requirements: Higher education Fluent English 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in the FMCG sector Advanced user: SAP, Excel, Powerpoint Deep understanding of all IBP processes Proactivity, initiative, systems thinking, attention to detail Stress resistance, ability to work in conditions of uncertainty, flexibility, risk management High level of communication Managing a large flow of information, high analytical skills Developed managerial skills: competent workload distribution, top-level control, motivating employees to achieve goals Conditions: Potential Annual Bonus Medical Insurance Life & Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program Learning & Development Other benefits
