Supply Chain Coordinator at METRO Cash&Carry (Kazakhstan) — NeverHard

Responsibilities: Maintenance of company's aligned stock level by demand analyzing, order processing, logistical route analyzing in collaboration with logistical department; maintenance of expiry dates of the product for smooth rotation of goods if any; Demand forecasting; Prepare regular reports on order status, delivery performance, and risks; Collaborate with offer and sales department to actual assortment data and demand; Collaborate cross-functionally with partners to improve Business Development processes; Reporting; Participating in workshop and projects; Owner of supplier master data management, including change of article’s ordering status, lead time and COT/MD+ settings; Collaborate with GR and ACD department to improve the product acceptance processes; Identifying potential risks in the supply chain and developing plans to mitigate these risks; Communicate with vendors regarding order status or delivery issues to ensure smooth operation of the supply chain; Support continuous improvement initiatives within the order management process. Experience 1+ years of experience in supply chain. Knowledge Bachelor’s degree; English – intermediate level or higher (reading and writing business correspondence is required for international suppliers) Skills Strong negotiation skills Competent user of MS Office (Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) and Power point). High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Basic knowledge of data analyses tools Analytical thinking and structured approach to problem-solving Effective communication Behavioral flexibility Focus on Result and Quality Planning and organization
