Overview Job Skills / Requirements Paladin is proud to support FIFA World Cup 2026 events across Vancouver, and we are looking for experienced Security Supervisors for roles at FIFA-related event locations in Vancouver, including hotels and stadiums. We are looking for candidates with full-time availability for day and afternoon shifts throughout the week. Pay Rate: $30.00/hour Job Requirements • Minimum of 1-year of work experience in the security industry • Previous supervisory, management, or leadership experience • Prior event security experience • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills • AST and OFA2 are an asset • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-attendance environments Responsibilities: • Supervise and support event security guards at assigned locations • Conduct pre-event briefings and assign staff duties • Monitor crowd behavior, safety risks, and access control points • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns • Conduct patrols of event areas and restricted zones • Coordinate with site management, police, and emergency services • Complete incident reports, activity logs, and post-event documentation Additional Information / Benefits Paladin Security: Making the World a Safer and Friendlier Place because we CARE !
