Operations Supervisor
to oversee daily production activities and support a safe, efficient, and high-quality operation. In this role, you will lead production team members, help solve operational challenges, and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and cost performance. You will work closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure production goals are achieved while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
This position is based in a manufacturing facility and requires regular onsite presence to support production operations and team leadership.
What You'll Do
Lead and support production team members to achieve daily production goals
Monitor production activities and address operational, quality, and process-related issues
Improve work processes and operating procedures including SOPs to increase efficiency and consistency
Coordinate staffing, equipment, and maintenance activities to support production needs
Promote a safe work environment by identifying hazards and ensuring compliance with safety practices
Investigate product quality concerns and partner with teams to implement corrective actions
Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready production environment
What You'll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent education
3+ years’ experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment from a supervisory perspective
Experience working in production operations, preferably within a process manufacturing setting
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
Proficiency with computer systems and production-related technology with experience in JDE preferred.
Experience with continuous improvement initiatives is preferred

The salary for this position is $70,000- $80,000 CAD. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.
