Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain the CMMS/EAM system, including asset data, work orders, and preventive maintenance plans. Develop and maintain asset hierarchies and asset registers for civil infrastructure. Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities through the CMMS/EAM system. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and standardization across the system. Generate and analyze maintenance KPIs and reports, including work order status, asset performance, and downtime. Support integration of the CMMS/EAM system with ERP, SAP, GIS, and other relevant systems. Provide user training and technical support to maintenance and engineering teams. Monitor and optimize maintenance workflows, resource utilization, and system efficiency. Ensure compliance with asset management standards, internal procedures, and audit requirements. Support the continuous improvement and digitalization of maintenance processes and tools. Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including proven experience in building/facility maintenance supervision. Experience in infrastructure, construction, or airport projects is preferred. Strong leadership and coordination skills Experience working with CMMS/EAM systems and maintenance workflows. Intermediate or higher level of English What do we offer?
