Job DescriptionJob Description Job Title: Studio Project Manager Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 Annually Location:Barrie, Ontario Hybrid (2 days remote per week) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Studio Project Manager to lead and continuously optimize our studio's project management systems, workflows, and schedules. You'll provide training, data-driven insights, and proactive oversight to ensure consistent, efficient, and high-quality project delivery across all design disciplines. This role is pivotal in shaping how we manage projects as we grow, combining process excellence with hands-on support for project teams. What You'll Do: Implement, configure, and administer studio project management software Design and maintain digital workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools Train, support, and coach staff on effective use of PM platforms Continuously evaluate and improve PM systems to align with studio needs and best practices Develop and manage integrated project schedules, including critical paths and dependencies Provide project tracking, data insights, and resource allocation support to project leads Monitor deadlines and deliverables, proactively identifying risks and corrective actions Standardize and maintain project documentation, templates, and tracking tools Champion consistent adoption of digital tools across all design disciplines Serve as the studio subject-matter expert for project management software and optimizations Assist the management team in other duties as required What We Offer: Flexible hybrid schedule: 2 days from home per week Collaborative and creative work environment Opportunity to shape project management practices within a growing firm Competitive compensation Who You Are: Proven experience in studio or project management within design, architecture, interior design, or related creative fields Strong expertise with project management software and related digital workflows Excellent organizational, communication, and training skills Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action Ability to manage complex schedules, dependencies, and cross-disciplinary collaboration Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative, service-oriented approach Why Join Us: Join a collaborative design firm known for thoughtful, high-quality solutions across a range of projects.
