JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Senior Manager of Wellness Programs, the successful candidate will be a bridge from the community/family to the school to ensure student successes and improve attendance issues. In addition, the Student & Family Support Worker will work with various partners and provide direction to resources and supports for education, wellness, career and employment related services to students and residents of their community.
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must be/have:
Diploma in either social work, education or another related field.
Two years of related experience, ideally in the field of education, career development, wellness or client service.
Experience working in the North.
