Key Responsibilities Design, lead, and continuously improve the university’s overall student experience strategy, from orientation through graduation. Oversee student clubs, societies, extracurricular activities, and campus events that foster community, leadership, and personal growth. Plan and run new student orientation and onboarding programs. Develop initiatives supporting student wellbeing, mental health awareness, and a healthy campus culture. Serve as a key point of contact for student concerns, feedback, and grievances, working closely with academic and administrative departments to resolve issues. Collect and analyze student feedback and satisfaction data to inform continuous improvement of services and programs. Build partnerships with local and international organizations to expand extracurricular, internship, and volunteering opportunities for students. Collaborate with faculty and career services to strengthen student support in areas such as academic advising and career development. Manage the Student Experience Office budget, staff, and student volunteers/ambassadors. Ensure student life programs reflect InnoTech’s global perspective and “Powered by ASU” alliance opportunities. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Psychology, or a related field preferred. At least 4–5 years of experience in student affairs, student services, or campus life management, ideally within a higher education setting. Demonstrated experience organizing events, clubs, or programs that engage and support students. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a genuine passion for student development. Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments. Good command of English and Kazakh and/or Russian. Ability to work flexible hours to support evening/weekend student events as needed.
