About This Team
The Strategy team is a trusted partner in the development of long and short-range company strategies, working cross-functionally with the entire business on key strategic initiatives. Our team enables strategy development by providing market, financial and consumer analyses to the business to deliver a strong fact base and logical framework for planning and decision-making. Key activities for the team include developing the company long-range plan annually, overseeing and tracking business transformation initiatives, and advising on strategic initiatives.

Tackle complex problems by getting to the core of an issue through analysis of market, financial, and consumer information – translating data into insights and identifying strategic implications for the business.
Own strategic questions end-to-end, structuring ambiguous problems into clear workplans and frameworks.
Build alignment across cross-functional stakeholders and effectively build relationships across the business to drive alignment and progress
Lead workstreams or projects from problem definition through to recommendation, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement
Takes ownership of personal growth and development, supported by a team and culture committed to setting individuals up for success.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree required or MBA or advanced degree an asset
3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting at a top tier firm or in relevant corporate strategy
Strong data analysis and storytelling skills, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; able to synthesize complex data into clear, structured insights and compelling presentations for senior stakeholders
Experience structuring and solving ambiguous business problems
Experience managing projects or workstreams across cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders

Compensation And Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. The typical hiring range for this position is from
$112,000–$147,000
annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
