Drive impactful initiatives at CFC as the Strategic Manager of Network Initiatives. Oversee project management, budget implementation, and stakeholder engagement across Canada’s communities.
In this role, you will lead the strategic implementation of the Free to Play initiative, focusing on outdoor play and community wellbeing. Your responsibilities include budget oversight, project communications, and building partnerships with community foundations and funders. You will adapt to changing priorities while ensuring your initiatives align with CFC's evolving goals.
Key Responsibilities
Implement Free to Play with clear timelines and stakeholder coordination
Own project budgets and ensure financial accountability
Build relationships with community foundations and external partners
Provide strategic insights for new opportunities in initiative planning
Support colleagues across initiatives with logistics and communications
Requirements
3–5 years in project and budget management
Robust communication skills in English (French preferred)
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Interest in child development and community wellbeing
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
