Job Description
You will play an important role in enabling the store to achieve its sales and customer experience objectives.
Reporting to the store manager, the selected individual:
Leads the entire back-store warehouse (shipping and handling, dispatch, parts handling, delivery management, etc.)
Coordinates the operations of the shipping/receiving department, material handlers, and delivery personnel
Ensures that the shipping and receiving of products are done efficiently and that merchandise is handled properly
Processes customer returns and issues the corresponding credit notes.
Qualifications
To join our team, you need:
3 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 1 year as a team leader (asset)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and delivery management software.
