This position is for the day shift with typical store hours between Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Sunday. Dulux Paints,adivision of Canadian Industries Ltd.,is hiringimmediatelyfor the positionofFull-TimeStore Manager.Reporting to the Store Group Manager, you will use your talents to inspire others to achieve results. You will take on the challenge of running your own store, where you will lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service. You will be responsible forall aspects ofstoreoperations. Key Responsibilities May Include: Opening and closing the Dulux branch. Achieving sales and profit goals by controlling expenses, managing working capital, inventory, and driving growth whileoptimizingnet contribution. Maintaining Dulux's high customer service standards for yourself and your team. Fosteringa high levelof associate engagement through effective leadership. Hiring, leading, empowering, and managing your team successfully by partnering with and mentoring team members. Ensuring that the exterior and interior of the store, including cleanliness and merchandising displays, meet Bétonel/Dulux standards. Qualifications: 1 or more years of experience in a retail store environment. Previousretail management experience or outside sales experience preferred. Availability to work flexible shifts and hours, with a minimum of45 hoursrequired per week. Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds regularly.
