What youll be doing Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Drive sales performance and smash targets. Create a high-energy, positive store culture. Partner with your Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success. Run a smooth, efficient operationwithout ever compromising on service. What were looking for Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent). A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. High energy and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills - you know how to motivate and develop a team. Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results.
