Pay Rate: $20.45/hour Job Duties Include: Providing clean dishes, cutlery, baking & buffet equipment Operating industrial grade cleaning machinery and tools Upkeep clean and sanitary conditions of dishwashing areas and relative kitchen spaces Assisting with culinary prep duties and adhering to requests by culinary CDP, Sous, and Executive Chefs General cleaning - mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, cleansing, polishing Lifting 20-30 lbs
