Key Responsibilities Run pharmacy operations efficiently and accurately to provide excellent, high-quality patient service. Take ownership of stock processes, implementing strategies to guarantee seamless availability and operational flow. Uphold the highest standards of safety and strictly follow all local, provincial (Manitoba), and federal regulations. Maintain all records required in accordance with legislation, standards of practice, and policy Identify and solve challenges with a solution-oriented approach to continuously improve the digital pharmacy model. Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions dispensed Experience, Skills & Qualifications Must be a licensed pharmacist in Manitoba preferably for 3 years An active and in good standing Pharmacist license in Manitoba is required. Significant, proven experience in a staff pharmacy role. Expert proficiency with Kroll pharmacy software is required. Demonstrated outstanding customer service, leadership, and organizational acumen.
