Clinical Excellence: Lead professional services including MedsChecks, minor ailment consultations, and vaccination programs. Interprofessional Collaboration: Work alongside local physicians and nurses to optimize patient outcomes. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a high-performing team of Registered Technicians and support staff. Community Advocacy: Drive health promotion and wellness initiatives within the Peterborough community. Candidate Requirements Licensure: Current OCP Pharmacy License (Part A) in good standing. Experience: 1+ years of pharmacy experience is preferred, but a strong willingness to learn and a "patient-first" mindset are the top priorities.
