The Sr. Technical Delivery Analyst – Cloud & DevSecOps plays a critical role in enabling Agile delivery across our public cloud and DevSecOps pipeline teams. In this role, you will serve as the dedicated Agile Delivery Lead / Scrum Master for two teams within our Enterprise Technology and Architecture organization, supporting delivery execution, team effectiveness, and alignment to strategic priorities within our scaled Agile model.
At Ally, AWS is our primary public cloud provider. This role sits at the center of our cloud transformation efforts, partnering closely with architecture, engineering, product, and application teams to drive measurable improvements in platform delivery. You will influence delivery practices at scale while helping teams plan, execute, and continuously improve how work gets done.
The ideal candidate brings strong Agile facilitation experience, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to coach teams through planning, refinement, dependency management, and delivery execution. This role also supports dojo ceremonies, timeboxed upskilling engagements, special projects, and major change coordination activities. Limited support for scheduled implementation windows outside standard business hours may be required
The Work Itself
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the dedicated Agile Delivery Lead / Scrum Master for two(+) cloud-focused teams within the enterprise scaled Agile model.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and team reviews.
Support quarterly planning routines and scaled Agile ceremonies, including scrum of scrums and big room planning.
Partner with product owners, engineers, architects, and stakeholders to refine priorities, manage dependencies, identify risks, and improve delivery predictability.
Maintain and manage Jira backlogs, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility into roadmap progress, milestones, and delivery health.
Create and optimize repeatable workflows, ticket automations, and reporting routines to improve team efficiency and consistency.
Coach teams on Agile best practices, epic refinement, roadmap usage, and enterprise delivery processes.
Facilitate dojo ceremonies and support timeboxed upskilling engagements with application teams.
Coordinate delivery activities for special projects and support execution of major bundled changes, including customer and application team coordination.
Provide weekly Enterprise Intake customer support.
Prepare delivery artifacts, documentation, and status reporting across Confluence, Jira, JQL, and related dashboards.
Identify and drive process improvement opportunities within the Cloud Transformation Analysts team and across the application teams we support.
Support the coordination and tracking of major changes, with limited after-hours, 8pm, or weekend midnight support as needed for scheduled implementation windows.
Experience
The ideal candidate has exceptional organization skills and the ability to build strong relationships. They have experience supporting agile teams in the past. You should be highly proficient in Excel, capable of tracking of various assets and datasets for smooth implementation coordination. In addition they can demonstrate their appetite for learning and flexibility to adapt to change in both the technical and product domains. You have a passion for working collaboratively and use client feedback and needs to help drive a vision.
The Skills You Bring
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a technology-focused role such as Agile delivery, Scrum Master, product ownership, technical analysis, systems analysis, product development, or related disciplines.
Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and industry best practices.
Experience supporting Agile teams in a delivery leadership or facilitation capacity.
Strong working knowledge of Atlassian products, including JIRA, JQL, and Wiki.
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint.
Experience building dashboards, reports, and delivery metrics.
Strong documentation and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong relationship-building, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and streamline team routines.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn, adapt, and grow in both technical and product domains.
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and delivery.
Highly Preferred Qualifications
Experience with using Jira Plan and story mapping
Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent)
Working knowledge of PowerBI
Learning metrics, measurement, and data storytelling
Familiarity with cloud, platform, or DevSecOps environments.
Experience working in AWS-based organizations or with public cloud delivery teams.

Base Pay Range
: $85000 - $150000 USDAn individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
