Design, deploy, and support large-scale Linux-based infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments, ensuring high availability and performance
Build and evolve Infrastructure-as-Code and automation frameworks using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Git-based workflows
Develop automated deployment pipelines for core infrastructure services, system configurations, and platform components
Implement system-level security controls including patching, hardening, configuration management, and compliance alignment
Manage hybrid infrastructure environments, including virtualization platforms, cloud services, and containerized workloads
Design and support enterprise storage systems, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and data protection
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CloudOps, Security, Engineering) to deliver scalable and resilient platform solutions
Participate in on-call rotations and maintain operational readiness through runbooks, documentation, and incident response support
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the evolution of platform engineering best practices
Requirements
This position requires deep technical expertise in Linux systems, infrastructure automation, and hybrid cloud operations, along with strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
8+ years of experience in Linux systems administration or platform engineering in large-scale enterprise environments
Expert-level knowledge of Linux distributions (Red Hat, Ubuntu, Rocky Linux) and CLI-based system management
Strong programming and automation skills in Python and shell scripting
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible
Experience with hybrid infrastructure, including on-prem virtualization, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Kubernetes environments
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, DHCP)
Experience managing enterprise storage systems (e.g., Dell PowerStore, Pure Storage) is highly desirable
Strong security-first mindset with experience in system hardening, compliance, and secure infrastructure design
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience mentoring engineers and working in high-availability, mission-critical environments
Benefits
