Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Role
We're hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to own the systems, data, and processes that power our go-to-market engine. This isn't a maintenance role — you'll be building new infrastructure, operationalizing AI-driven tools, and standing up scalable processes across a GTM organization that's investing significantly in its operational foundation.
You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and our external technology partners to ensure the tools, data, and reporting our teams depend on are accurate, automated, and actionable. You'll own the full operational stack from Salesforce administration through commission delivery — and you'll be the person who turns new AI capabilities into repeatable workflows.
What You'll OwnGTM Systems & Technology
Administer, configure, and optimize the GTM tech stack — Salesforce (primary), Gong, HubSpot, Qualified, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Own system integrations to ensure consistent, bi-directional data flow across platforms and minimize manual data entry
Evaluate existing tools for utilization and ROI; recommend consolidation or expansion as business needs evolve
Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related issues, user access, tech enablement, and process documentation
Maintain a current operational knowledge base covering configurations, workflows, and process changes
Reporting & Analytics
Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and adjacent tools to track pipeline health, forecast accuracy, conversion rates, and GTM activity metrics
Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and RevOps leadership to support data-driven decision-making
Monitor and enforce data quality across the GTM stack — implement processes that ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of revenue-related records
Support development of a unified revenue reporting framework aligned to company KPIs
Advanced Excel and BI tooling (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) required
Contracting & Deal Operations
Manage and continuously improve the end-to-end contracting workflow — from opportunity through contract execution — in Salesforce
Partner with Sales, Legal, and external implementation specialists to ensure contract processes are reflected in system workflows and approval chains
Identify bottlenecks in the contract lifecycle and implement process improvements to reduce cycle time
Commissions & Compensation
Administer monthly and quarterly commission calculations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of statements to sales team members
Maintain commission plan documentation and reconcile compensation against bookings data with Finance
Handle rep inquiries and disputes regarding calculation methodology with clarity and professionalism
Sales & Marketing Operations
Support territory management, quota allocation, and rep onboarding workflows
Collaborate with Marketing Operations on lead routing, campaign attribution, and handoff processes across systems
Contribute operational analysis and system expertise to cross-functional GTM projects
AI & Revenue Innovation
Operationalize AI-driven tools and workflows — including conversation intelligence alerts, automated data hygiene enforcement, and predictive pipeline scoring
Partner with external vendors to integrate AI capabilities into the existing GTM stack
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve forecast accuracy through intelligent tooling
What You Bring
3–5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations at a B2B SaaS company
Deep Salesforce administration expertise — flows, validation rules, approval processes, custom objects, reporting
Hands-on commission administration experience including calculation, reconciliation, and dispute resolution
Track record of building dashboards and data models (not just running existing reports)
Experience managing system integrations across CRM, MAP, and ERP platforms
Advanced Excel skills and comfort with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Strong process documentation habits — you write runbooks because the next person will need them
Self-directed work style; comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects without heavy oversight
Bonus Points
Gong experience (forecasting features, smart tags, AI deal insights)
Contract lifecycle management exposure (Opp-to-signature workflows in SFDC)
HubSpot administration and CRM-to-MAP sync management
Experience with AI/automation tools in a GTM context
Salesforce Admin certification
Experience at a company going through operational scale-up (building, not just maintaining)
