What You’ll Do
Drive Innovation: Partner with customers to solve complex process challenges, from development to commercial scale-up.
Build Models: Develop first-principles, dynamic, and hybrid models that combine fundamental engineering with data-driven AI.
Optimize: Translate manufacturing data into actionable strategies for process control, scale-up, and technology transfer.
What You Bring
Experience:
7–10+ years in pharma/biotech manufacturing, process development, or MSAT.
Modeling Expertise:
Strong foundation in first-principles modeling (mass/energy balances, kinetics, thermodynamics).
Technical Skills:
Experience with upstream (cell culture, fermentation) and downstream (chromatography, filtration) processes.
Communication:
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for cross-functional teams and technical customers, and a desire to be in a customer facing role
Preferred
Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, gPROMS, Aspen, or COMSOL.
Experience with digital twins, hybrid modeling, or connecting models to pilot/manufacturing data.
