Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflow solutions using traditional reporting and emerging AI platforms.
· Deliver scalable, accurate, user-friendly reporting that supports performance monitoring, operational visibility, and self-serve insights.
· Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, issues, and opportunities.
· Provide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
· Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable information for diverse stakeholder audiences.
· Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, quality assurance, and data accuracy for reports, dashboards, and workflows.
· Identify and apply data governance, reconciliation, and documentation practices to ensure integrity and reliability of reporting outputs. Support audits and compliance inquiries.
· Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business questions into analytics solutions.
· Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, improved design, and continuous learning.
· Contribute to defining and delivering the enterprise data strategy.
· Define and implement data models aligned to enterprise standards; maintain data architecture documentation.
· Monitor pipelines and resolve data issues; perform data migration, reconciliation, and validation.

Education / Experience Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree is required in Computer Science, Data Analytics/Data Science or related field.
· 5+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics engineering. Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, Power Query, Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
· Strong analytical, data modelling, and data visualization skills.
· Experience developing reporting solutions and dashboards for business users.
· Ability to validate data, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high standards of data quality and accuracy.
· Strong communication skills, including translating business needs into technical solutions and presenting findings clearly.
· Experience collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
