This full-time position supports an elementary school caseload in a collaborative educational environment focused on helping students strengthen their communication skills and achieve academic success. Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals. Provide direct therapy services and maintain required documentation. Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Caseload Approximately 55 elementary students Resource and general education settings Qualifications Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license. Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) required. Previous school-based experience preferred. Clinical Fellows (CFs), SLPAs, and virtual candidates will not be considered for this position.
